One of the company’s more challenging projects arose as the result of a request received from Somerset County Council. The brief called for a design for information/display boards to be placed at each of the Council’s 17 Household Waste Recycling Centres.

The specification called for:

• Size – approx 2m. x 1m.
• Some form of canopy
• Removable leaflet dispensers
• Provision for permanent content
• Provision for changeable information
• Use of recycled materials wherever possible.

Rather than simply adapting some of its existing products, the company rose to the challenge to produce the somewhat zany solution illustrated here.

Using almost exclusively recycled content, the design draws upon the wide variety of currently available materials ranging from our standard Manmade Timber to exotic ingredients encompassing shredded bank notes and reject toothbrushes.
