Office Screens are made to order. Orders may be placed directly online by completing details of the required specification, by phone on 01280 701093, by email to sales@greenbarnes.co.uk. If you need us to quote your order number in correspondence or on the invoice, please be sure to include this when ordering. All orders will be acknowledged on receipt by email or (where no email address is supplied) in writing.

Lead time

These Office Screens are manufactured to order and available for delivery within 10 working days of receipt of a confirmed order. In the unlikley event that the item(s) ordered cannot be delivered within this timescale, we will call you to let you know when delivery can be made and whether or not you wish to proceed on that basis.

Payment terms

Local Authorities, churches, schools and registered charities: 30 days from date of invoice.
All other non-account customers: Payment in full is required with order.

Methods of payment: Credit card, electronic payment (BACS) or cheque.

Delivery

Office Screens orders are delivered by a reputable nationwide courier using a business all day delivery service. Deliveries are made between the hours of 8.30am and 5.30pm and are to the ground floor only.

As soon as your order is completed, we will contact you to let you know that it is being collected by our courier for delivery to b e made the following working day.

All consignments will need to be checked and signed for upon receipt. In the unlikely event any item being damaged or missing, this should be recorded on the delivery note when signing for the goods and reported to us, preferably immediately and at the very latest, within 24 hours of delivery. We regret that we are unable to entertain any claims for damage or shortages that are notified to us outside this timescale.

Please note that all delivery costs are for UK Mainland deliveries only any non-UK Mainland delivery costs are on application.

12-Month Guarantee:

Each Office Screen comes with a 12-month manufacturers guarantee on the quality of workmanship and materials used. We guarantee to the original purchaser that our Office Screens are free from defects in material and workmanship. “Defect” is defined as any imperfection which impairs the normal use of the board. This guarantee is expressly limited to the labour and material costs of repair or replacement within 12 months of the date of despatch and excludes the following:

1] Defects caused by the improper assembly, installation or disassembly.

2] Defects occurring after purchase as a result of lack of maintenance as prescribed in the relevant maintenance instructions, unauthorised product modification, intentional damage, misuse, abuse or negligence.

3] Cosmetic damage.

4] Labour costs incurred in returning the board to us.
